Return & Exchange Policy
Doc Miller® proudly guarantees the fit, performance, and quality of all our products. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply email us at feedback@docmillersports.com within fourteen (14) days after receiving the order with your name and order number, and customer support will get back to you. Customers must return their specified order within thirty (30) days of delivery of the product.
The product must be returned in their original packaging with all inserts. Product showing excessive wear or that have been through a wash cycle are not eligible for a refund.
Multiple products purchased of the same style and size will be refunded for only one used product. The remaining must be returned unused, or they are not eligible for a refund.
Products cannot be returned if they have visible stains from wear, blood or other fluid stains from lotions, creams, balms or other personal effects. Products are not guaranteed to hold their color if they are worn with any personal effects products.
Doc Miller offers free shipping for all products shipped within the United States. Customers can choose faster shipping options. However, the additional shipping charges are not refundable if the order is entirely returned. Exchanges made on such orders will be sent by standard shipping, except if the wrong merchandise was sent.
Refunded orders will be processed after the returned merchandise has been delivered to us and may take up to 3-5 business days to take effect. Returns on promotional items/events are made with the appropriately discounted value that was active during the purchase order. International orders cannot be returned - however, we will try to work with you to solve any problems.
We reserve the right to deny refund for merchandise that shows excessive use or wear.
